The challenge
JEC World is the most important global event in the composites calendar. For ST Engineering MRAS, the objective was clear: create a high impact presence that positioned the business as a world leading aerospace structures and MRO partner, while managing the practical and operational complexity that comes with exhibiting at scale in Paris.
The challenge was twofold. First, to design and deliver a 144m² exhibition stand that could support high level customer engagement, live meetings, and hospitality whilst supporting off stand presence such as formal sponsorship commitments, including the Aerospace Forum. Second, to safely transport, install and remove a full size aircraft nacelle in and out of Paris with zero margin for error, while coordinating all show operations seamlessly across the week.
The solution
Fluency delivered a full end to end exhibition solution, covering concept, design, build and complete show management.
The 144m² stand was designed to balance strong aerospace branding with functional meeting and hospitality space. The layout supported structured meetings, informal conversations and high footfall networking, while ensuring the nacelle was the clear technical centrepiece of the stand.
Alongside stand design and build, Fluency managed the entire JEC World programme for MRAS, acting as a single point of control across all operational and communications activity.
This included sponsorship management for the Aerospace Forum, full exhibitor operations, catering coordination, host and staff management, booth scheduling and timesheets, and detailed pre and post show marketing communications to maximise visibility and ROI before, during and after the event.
The most critical element of the project was the logistics and installation of the full size nacelle. This required precise planning, international coordination and on site supervision to ensure safe transport, flawless installation and timely removal, all without disruption to the show or surrounding exhibitors.
