The challenge
Having supported Bitrez with its exhibition presence at JEC World and the European Coatings Show for several years, Fluency was tasked with delivering a significant evolution in the company’s stand design.
Moving beyond its previous shell scheme format at JEC World, Bitrez wanted a larger, more contemporary exhibition space that would strengthen its visibility and better reflect its position as a global supplier of formulated synthetic resins and advanced polymers.
The challenge was to introduce a fresh, modern approach to the stand and its branding while maintaining the established identity that customers and industry contacts already recognised.
Equally important was creating a welcoming, functional environment that would support customer meetings, encourage conversations with new prospects and communicate Bitrez’s technical capabilities across the composites industry.
The solution
Drawing on its longstanding relationship with Bitrez and understanding of the company’s products, markets and exhibition requirements, Fluency developed a completely refreshed stand concept.
The design moved away from Bitrez’s traditional exhibition style, introducing a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic with a modern interpretation of its established branding.
Strong, uncluttered graphics and carefully considered use of colour created a professional and cohesive appearance, helping to elevate Bitrez’s presence within the exhibition hall.
Alongside the visual transformation, the stand was designed to support meaningful engagement with visitors, providing an accessible space for technical discussions, scheduled meetings and informal networking.
The delivery
Fluency provided complete end-to-end exhibition management, overseeing every aspect of the project from initial concept and design through to production, installation and on-site delivery.
Working closely with Bitrez and its exhibition suppliers, the team coordinated the stand build, branding, graphics, logistics and practical requirements, ensuring the project was delivered smoothly and to the agreed specification.
By managing the entire process, Fluency removed the operational burden from Bitrez’s internal team, allowing them to arrive at JEC World with the stand fully prepared and ready to welcome visitors.
The result
The refreshed stand marked a significant step forward in Bitrez’s exhibition presence, delivering a stronger visual impact and a professional environment for customer engagement.
Feedback following the event highlighted the improved stand quality, increased visibility and positive visitor engagement, with a busy schedule of meetings throughout the three-day exhibition.
The stand also hosted a successful drinks reception attended by approximately 50 customers and suppliers, creating further opportunities for relationship building and networking.
Importantly, the experience was significantly improved for the Bitrez team, who were able to concentrate on customers and commercial discussions rather than stand preparation and operational logistics.
The success of the project reinforces the value of Fluency’s integrated approach to exhibition design and management, combining creative development with detailed planning and hands-on delivery.
