The challenge
The Advanced Engineering Show is the UK’s leading event for high-value manufacturing, bringing together the full industrial ecosystem across design, engineering and production. With multiple live forums running in parallel and hundreds of speakers involved, the event demands absolute control of content quality, speaker experience and on-stage operations.
Easyfairs required a trusted partner who could manage forum delivery year after year, maintain consistency while evolving the programme, and ensure that every stage reflected the calibre of the audience and exhibitors it serves.
Our approach
Since 2018, Fluency has been embedded within the delivery of the Advanced Engineering Show forums, acting as the backbone of the live conference programme. Our role spans strategic content development through to on-site operational delivery, ensuring that every session runs smoothly and every speaker is supported.
Rather than treating forums as standalone stages, we take a whole-programme view, aligning content themes with industry priorities, exhibitor interests and audience demand.
