By 2023, Fluency People was launched to connect top-tier talent with the right career opportunities. This found a place for our training offering in both marketing and engineering materials.

In 2024, recognising the growing demand for more targeted growth consultancy, we split our marketing and growth services, creating Fluency Exchange. Fluency Exchange combines growth strategy, roadmapping, market development, funding and finance, consortia building, bid writing, partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions under one cohesive umbrella.
