We know that work needs to have meaning, purpose, and progression. Therefore investment in our employee’s professional development is vital. Employees are encouraged to undertake regular training to ensure they keep up to date with industry trends and innovations. This can be through a short online training course to undergoing an apprenticeship programme. Alongside this, Fluency offers mentoring and support to each employee, and they are encouraged to take part in both company and industry team building and networking activities.
Our flexible working policy has allowed employees to balance both their work and private lives, and when needed, take any vital time for their mental and physical health. It also gives employees the opportunity to tailor their work hours and work from home when needed. When in the dog friendly office, we continue to promote the wellbeing of our employees through office yoga and walks.
