The Role

We’re seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in mid to senior level roles across all functions in Advanced Materials and Advanced Engineering. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from winning new business and nurturing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own client portfolio within the target sectors.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates across specialist engineering disciplines.
  • Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms of business with clients.
  • Deliver against KPIs and revenue targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Provide market insights and act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within materials, engineering or technical markets.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by success.
  • Passionate about engineering and technology, with the ability to speak confidently to industry professionals.
